This progressive 4-week beginner Salsa series with Gurkan will start from the very basics. Together with your classmates, you will develop your knowledge and confidence with Salsa week by week. Each week’s lesson will add new material and moves, building on the previous weeks' lessons. Students in the progressive lessons are encouraged to attend the subsequent half-hour beginner classes for free, followed by open dance!

Bio: Gurkan fell in love with dancing straight after his first Salsa & Bachata lessons in 2011. Since 2012, he has taught, trained, competed and performed in Turkey, USA, and now Canada, training with some world-famous instructors along the way. His main focus is social-dancing, hence focusing on technicality and clarity of leading & following.

The series runs for four (4) weeks, every Thursday from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Registrants are welcome to join our regular Salsa Thursday from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
