This space is equipped with a loading dock, overhead garage doors and a sink. There is more than 1,200 square feet for use in building your sets and is adjacent to the Mary Irwin Theatre so your set can be rolled right onto the stage!

SET WORKSHOP ONLY Daily: $100 | Weekly: $300
WHEN RENTED WITH THEATRE Daily: $50 | Weekly: $150
