The Ponderosa guild, established in 1973, is dedicated to the promotion of excellence in the fibre arts.  The guild has been a resident of the Rotary Centre for the Arts since November 2002.  Our mandate is to exchange information and ideas, to promote excellence in spinning and weaving in all its art forms and to educate the public in the appreciation of these ancient skills.  As a guild we participant in exhibits and demonstrations at schools, art galleries, museums and seniors centres, as well as regional conferences.
