John Suderman has wide experience as a music teacher, an
artistic director, and as a professional performer. He teaches at the
Penticton Academy of Music, and taught at the
Prince George
Music
School
(1984-2001). He is a much-sought after Suzuki Group instructor, and worked
with the string orchestra, Youth Orchestra and full orchestra while at the
Prince George
Music
School
. He was also Artistic Director of the
Prince George
Music
School
. Suderman plays with the Okanagan Symphony, and was principal second
violin/concertmaster with the Prince George Symphony Orchestra, in
addition to playing in
Whitehorse
and
Yukon Territory
. He joins the Kelowna Community Music School Faculty in the summer of
2004. He directs the School's Orchestra (open to intermediate &
advanced players from the student body, and from the community at large)
on Saturday mornings, and teaches violin, cello & bass on Fridays
& Saturdays at the School.
