Registered Participants may cancel their registration (for a $10 cancellation fee) up to one week before the course begins. After that time, course fees are non-refundable. Programs with insufficient enrolment may be cancelled by the Rotary Centre for the Arts with fees refunded in full. Enrolled participants will receive at least 48 hrs. notice of cancellation prior to course begin.
