Introduction to Physical approach to performance. Corporal mime, juggling, and contact improvisation. The emphasis will be on creating physical performances, although verbal improvisation will be part of the workshop. Participants must wear clothing appropriate for a yoga or gymnastics class.

Neil Cadger is a performer, director and teacher who graduated from l'école Jacques Lecoq in Paris , France . He founded Wissel Theatre in Gent , Belgium in 1984 and created theatre performances which toured extensively in Europe .  For the past twenty years he has been working in Canada and Europe .  He continues to create and perform his own work, most recently in Toronto in August 2005 as part of the Sound Travels annual festival. In Canada his work has included collaboration with One Yellow Rabbit Performance Theatre Co. (Erotic Irony of Old Glory, which won a Dora Award in 1990).
Neil teaches an interdisciplinary, physical approach to performance.
